  • I support what I set up If I build it or install it, I stand behind it. You will not be left figuring things out alone.
  • Plain language I explain things so you understand them. No jargon, no talking down.

What this is not

Setting the right expectations matters. Here is what I am not:

  • Not an enterprise IT department. I work with individuals and small businesses.
  • Not long-term contracts. You hire me when you need help.
  • Not miracle fixes. Some hardware is just old. Some problems take time. I will be honest about it.
  • Not hardware sales. I do not earn commission on what I recommend. My advice is for your benefit.

Who I am
